* Competitive starting salary (£25,000-£25,750).

* Uncapped commission structure: Year 1 OTE: £40K-£45K, Year 2 OTE: £60K-£70K, Year 3 OTE: £100K+.

What You'll Do

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Engineering and Technology markets.

* Build and grow your own client portfolio through targeted outreach and business development.

* Source and place freelance candidates across technical disciplines.

* Develop long‑term relationships with clients and candidates, becoming a trusted market advisor.

* Gain niche market expertise and identify new opportunities to scale your desk.
