Our longstanding Client in Nottingham are looking to add an Electrician to their team. You will be based in the Nottingham area as a Maintenance Electrician and Immediate starts are available!

The Working Hours will be:
Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
£23.45 Per Hour

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted social housing properties.

Undertake more advanced electrical work and installations associated with repairs, maintenance, refurbishment, and ensure all building work undertaken is completed to an acceptable industry standard.

Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements

Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Electrical Installations IEE current Edition of the Wiring Regulations (City and Guilds #removed#).

Inspection and Testing (City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent), (all to BS 7671).

2 PLUS YEARS EXPERIENCE WITHIN SIMILAR ROLES
