What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging Functional Skills English & Maths (Entry Level–Level 2)
• Adapt lessons to meet individual needs within small classes or 1:1
• Track progress and celebrate every milestone
• Work closely with a skilled, supportive SEN and pastoral team
• Create a calm, positive learning space where students can succeed

What We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

• A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Functional Skills tutor
• Confident with differentiation and supporting SEN/SEMH learners
• Patient, creative, and resilient
• Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and grow
