We're recruiting on behalf of our client, based in the Ilkeston area. This business are a leading manufacturing and processing business that have multiple UK sites. This role is based at a site that is fast paced and varied. If you're looking to join a business that invests and progresses their people then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The Person:

* NVQ level 3 Trained (Apprenticeship).

* Have worked as a: Maintenance Engineer, Multiskilled Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Shift Engineer, Multiskilled Electrician or Maintenance Electrician before.

* Experience working in a manufacturing or processing environment.

The Role:

* Planned Preventative Maintenance.

* Electrical and Mechanical maintenance of all plant machinery.

* Installation / project work.

* Breakdown cover / Reactive Maintenance.

* Input data to CMMS system / Fill out job sheets for the planner.

* Adhere to site health and safety.

* Liaise with production to ensure machinery faults are correctly reported.

* Take part in site shut down activities.
