Salary: Up to £31,626 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 13:00pm-21:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

A well-established and growing fulfilment and logistics provider is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of operatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Role Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and accurate fulfilment processes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment

Lead, support, and develop a high-performing warehouse team

Monitor and report on KPIs, driving improvements in productivity and efficiency

Maintain accurate inventory control and resolve any discrepancies

Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance across the team

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory processes

A detail-oriented, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities

Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
