Job Title: Responsible Pharmacist - Community Pharmacy
Location: Chatham Area
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + £2,500-£5,000 annual performance bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are recruiting a Responsible Pharmacist to lead and support the delivery of NHS and private services in a dynamic and expanding pharmacy. This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist looking to advance clinically and professionally in a progressive, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dispense NHS and private prescriptions with accuracy and clinical care

*

Provide advice on OTC medications and clinical queries

*

Ensure legal and professional standards for medicine preparation and record-keeping

*

Deliver services including NMS, CPCS, flu and COVID vaccinations, hypertension checks

*

Work with GPs and healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes

*

Support pharmacy stock control and inventory processes

*

Supervise and train pharmacy support staff

*

Contribute to digital service development and testing

*

Lead delivery of new private clinical services

*

Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and patient-first care

Candidate Requirements:

GPhC-registered pharmacist (or eligible for UK registration)

*

Minimum 1.5 year post-registration experiencei in community

*

Strong leadership, accuracy, and communication skills

*

Committed to delivering high-quality patient care

*

Interest in clinical services and digital innovation

*

Willingness to complete IP qualification (funded and supported)

*

UK driving licence preferred
