About the role:
You will be the point of reference forguests who need assistance and information offering a warm and personalisedapproach to their needs. Some of the key tasks include but are not limited to:
·& & & & & & & & Takingcare of all guest's bookings for taxis, restaurants and activities
·& & & & & & & & Beingavailable at the hotel entrance at all times greeting with a warm welcome allarriving guests and visitors
·& & & & & & & & Providingall required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
You will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5*environment.& Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calmwhilst working under pressure are key for this role.&
