Randstad Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to support schools across Manchester. Whether you're an experienced coordinator or an aspiring leader ready for the next step, we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), must have completed SEN CO training.
• A strong track record supporting children with special needs.
• Excellent knowledge of Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) processes and strategies.
• Confidence in leading staff and driving inclusive practice.
• Willingness to work for 5 days in a week preferably long term, full-time.
• A valid DBS check.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinating provision for pupils with SEND across the school.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external agencies.
• Monitoring progress and ensuring EHCP requirements are met.
• Leading on staff training and promoting inclusive approaches.
• Supporting the development of SEND strategy and culture across the school.
