60-yr. old, family owned and operated uniform rental company has an immediate opening for a District Service Manager. Qualified candidates must have strong leadership ability, good problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to work with people.
Our compensation package includes:
- $48,000 - $60,000 base salary.
- Additional bonus potential of $10,000+
- Company vehicle allowance + Gas Card.
- Medical, dental, vision, and prescription package coverage for candidate and candidate's immediate family.
- Excellent retirement package.
Responsibilities include overseeing route personnel, performing face-to-face customer service visits, and implementing customer retention strategies.
A successful candidate must also possess excellent oral and written communication skills, a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a manager in the textile rental industry, and have competency with personal computers along with software programs such MS Word and MS Excel. AA degree or better is required, four year degree preferred.
