The RoleAs a Support Worker, you will:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs
- Proactively manage challenging behaviours, including those linked to forensic backgrounds
- Promote independence using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach
- Help individuals develop essential life skills in a safe, supportive environment
Flexible working options are available, including day shifts, night shifts, part-time, and bank hours.
About the ServiceThis service supports individuals transitioning from long-term placements in secure settings, rehabilitation units, and forensic environments. For many, this will be their first step towards semi-independent living.

What We’re Looking For- Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
