Job Type: Permanent, PartTime

This position supports the Creative Arts Department at Bethel Church. It will start out as part-time but progress within the first year to more hours. The function of this job is to support the administration of the department, as well as the local & global events put on by the department annually. It requires admin experience, and preferably experience in running events. This position involves heavy coordination of all the moving parts of the department. Must be an excellent team player that can take initiative and lead confidently in completing tasks of team projects and/or events. Tasks include but not limited to:

General Administration/Clerical Tasks


* Collecting & managing receipts
* Event Budgets & Expenses

Calendar / Facilities:

* Booking meeting rooms


* Coordinating announcements of events

Event Coordination:

* Events Team Liaison
* Creative Team Liaison
* Volunteer Manager
* Attendee Communication
* Troubleshooting
* Coordinate travel & organization for speaker(s)
* Social Media
* Organize event team meetings
* Develop event schedule with Manager
* School of Creativity Lead


Experience working in administration, and events preferable.

Experience working with google docs & google sheets prefferable.
