This is a full-time role, offering a salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. 

What you'll do as Senior HR Manager:
Reporting directly to the Business Owner, you'll deliver operational excellence across the business, focusing on:

Leading and developing the team to provide exceptional service
Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Driving employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Handling complex employee relations cases
Implementing strategic initiatives that support business goals
We're looking for a Senior HR Manager who: 

Is CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent)
Has extensive HR experience with experience in a management-level HR role
Has strong knowledge of UK employment legislation
Is experienced managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Has proven track record in employee relations
Has excellent communication and influencing skills
Ideally payroll experience/ knowledge would be beneficial to oversee payroll (but not essential)
Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly
Confident and resilient with strong decision-making abilities
Commercially aware with excellent risk assessment skills
Values learning and professional development
