A respected consultancy based in Manchester is seeking a driven Project Manager to support the delivery of high-profile commercial, industrial and public sector projects. The Project Manager will join an experienced team delivering schemes from £3m to £50m in value.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline of projects. The Project Manager will be given autonomy and full client exposure while supported by senior professionals.

The Project Manager will oversee project delivery across pre- and post-contract phases, ensuring key deliverables are met and managing relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.

• Construction or project management degree

• 3+ years' experience in a consultancy or client-side role

• Experience with NEC and/or JCT forms of contract

• Keen to work towards MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB

• £50,000 - £60,000

• Annual bonus and pay reviews

• 25 days leave + BH
