Recruitment Solutions is partnering with our Rochdale based Client to appoint a Management Accountant.

The business has been growing year on year since it was set up over 30 years ago – working mainly with UK based Customers – they have fully costed and agreed development plans to expand into Europe during 2027. Our Client has built a reputation of providing Design and Engineering Solutions across a range of Sectors.

The Management Accountant will report to the Finance Director and will work with the wider Finance Team and other Stakeholders.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

• Annual Salary of c £45,000 – £50,000 depending on depth of experience
• Annual Profit Share Bonus – if applicable

THE ROLE OF THE MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

Will be to provide Financial insights that will support the business in making informed decisions – specifically across Budgets / Forecasts and Reporting. More specifically this will include;

• Financial Reporting – our Client uses Business Central and Excel
• Budget Management – robust overview of the Budget process – working to ensure that Budgets are adhered to and Over Spend is accounted for
• Cost Accounting – work to develop and implement strong Cost Controls as the business expands
• Regulatory Compliance – be responsible for ensuring all Financial Controls are in place and adhered to
• Project Management – working Internally and Externally

It is thought that to meet our Clients technical requirements for the Management Accountant – you will be CIMA or ACCA Qualified
