A reputable contractor is seeking an experienced Plumber for a new build housing development in Derby.

This is an excellent opportunity offering ongoing work, with additional projects already secured across the region.

Duties:

First and second fix plumbing on new build residential properties

Installation of hot and cold water systems

Fitting bathrooms and sanitary ware

Testing and commissioning systems

Working alongside site management and other trades

Requirements:

Proven experience in new build residential plumbing

NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent experience)

Valid CSCS card

Own tools

Driving License
Reliable and able to meet site deadline
