Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations and performance management.
Oversee training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and productivity.
