Company: STORM INVENTORIES LTD
Job Type: Permanent, FullTime
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
About Us
Storm Inventories runs a fast-moving field operation across London. Every day, we coordinate a team of freelance property inspectors in the field — managing their schedules, keeping clients updated, and ensuring completed reports land on time. It's a systems-driven, detail-oriented business that moves quickly and relies on everything behind the scenes being well-organised.
The Role
We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to run our daily operations. You'll be the main point of contact for our clerks in the field and our clients. Each morning, you'll review the day's inspection schedule, coordinate access arrangements, and keep everything moving. During the day, you'll handle the calls and messages that keep inspections on track — a clerk who can't access a property, a tenant who hasn't confirmed, a client chasing a report.
You'll keep the full operation running smoothly — aware of everything in the pipeline and ready to step in when something needs to be resolved quickly.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate 10–20 freelance inspectors across London, daily
- Confirm access arrangements for upcoming inspections
- Handle client queries and booking requests via email and phone
- Monitor operational flow end-to-end and step in to resolve any urgent client or delivery issues
- Handle invoicing and payment processing as required
- Manage the schedule proactively — confirming jobs and clerk availability well in advance, with weekends and public holidays planned further ahead
What We're Looking For
- Genuinely tech-confident — you pick up new systems quickly and prefer a digital-first way of working
- Self-directed and self-motivated — you don't wait to be told; you see what needs doing and get on with it
- Organised and calm under pressure
- A strong communicator by phone and email
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving business — we're well-documented and expect you to use it
- Reliable — clerks are in the field every day and need someone dependable at the base
Nice to Have
- Experience in a coordination, logistics, events, or field-service role
- Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Slack, or booking/CRM systems
- Experience in property or lettings
