Executive Assistant - Leading Law Firm

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30 Hybrid working: Hybrid working (3/2)Location: West End (London) Salary: Competitive + excellent firm benefits

Are you an experienced, confident and relationship-driven EA looking to support senior Partners within a high-performing, people-focused law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected West-End practice known for its exceptional culture, specialist expertise and genuinely collaborative environment.

We're partnering with a leading firm seeking a polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support Partners within their Banking and Finance Team. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, enjoy managing complex diaries and financial processes, and love being the person who ensures everything runs seamlessly, this role could be an excellent next step.

Key responsibilities include:

• Taking full ownership of complex diaries and meeting logistics
• Managing inboxes on behalf of Partners, prioritising messages and drafting responses
• Handling compliance, billing and wider financial processes
• Supporting BD and Marketing with events, seminars and client engagement
• Ensuring all diary and travel information is accurately captured and updated

What we're looking for:

• A confident, polished EA with experience supporting senior stakeholders
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong internal/external relationships
• Experience within banking is a bonus
