Ideal Primary HLTA candidates will have:

? Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)? HLTA Level 4 qualification (or a degree in Education)? Experience working in primary schools? Ability to commute across Chesterfield? Strong communication & classroom management skills? Confidence leading pre-planned lessons? Knowledge of the National Curriculum
