Finance Assistant, Full-Time, Permanent, role open to part and full time applicants.
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum
Location: Cardiff city centre (with free on-site parking)
Working hours: Monday to Friday | Flexible, including support for childcare hours

The Role
This is a hands-on and varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of the finance function. Responsibilities include:
Processing purchase and sales ledger entries
Entering and reconciling bank transactions
Reconciling payment gateways
Preparing VAT returns
Preparing final balances and processing refunds
Managing credit control within the sales ledger
Supporting the Finance Manager with ad hoc accounting duties
Maintaining accurate customer financial records within a bespoke database
The Experience You'll Bring
Experience in a similar finance or accounts role
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Salary from £22k - £27k depending on days and hours worked
