Are you ready to take a leading role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care in your community? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Branch Manager to oversee the operations of a high-volume domiciliary care service, providing over 5,000 care hours weekly across Hertfordshire.
About the Role: As the Registered Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our service users receive safe, compassionate, and tailored care in their own homes. Based in Bishop's Stortford, you will lead a passionate team of care coordinators, supervisors, and care workers while managing compliance, quality assurance, staff performance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Development: Recruit, train, and support a team of domiciliary care workers to ensure the delivery of excellent care.
- Care Delivery Oversight: Maintain safe and high-quality service standards while staffing appropriately to meet client care plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Uphold all relevant care regulations and ensure the branch meets CQC standards.
- Client Care and Relationship Management: Engage with service users and their families to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Service Quality Monitoring: Review and audit care provision and implement improvements where necessary.
- Branch Operations: Drive overall branch performance, promote services locally, and ensure budget management.

Qualifications:
- NVQ/QCF Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or Registered Managers Award (RMA) (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence or the ability to travel independently.
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grades A–C.
- Relevant accounting and budget management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
