Cover Supervisor

• Salary: £95 - £105 per day, depending on experience

We are seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our educational team in North Liverpool. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about supporting teaching and learning across various classrooms. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment, providing cover for absent teachers and ensuring that students continue to receive high-quality education.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher.
• Maintain classroom discipline and ensure that students remain on task with the work they have been set.
• Deliver learning activities to pupils, adjust learning resources, and manage classroom behaviour.
• Ensure the safety and safeguarding of children.
• Collect completed work after the lesson and pass to the appropriate teacher.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within schools or educational settings.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to promote focus and discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and handle multiple priorities.
