Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Site Manager to lead and oversee mechanical works on-site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering within a site management role, with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of all mechanical site operations.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical installation and maintenance activities.

Ensure projects are delivered according to technical specifications, timelines, and cost parameters.

Manage and lead on-site teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and technicians.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations.

Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and other discipline leads to resolve technical or logistical issues.

Provide technical guidance and support to the site team.

Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.

Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and legislation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing large-scale mechanical projects
