Technical Recruiter
(We also have other Recruiter positions open in VA & DC)

Experienced Technical Recruiter
4 - 5 yearsprofessional Technical Recruiting experience is required
2 years recent Government Contract recruiting is required
Must understand govt compliance - IAT Level I knowledge
Must have proven track record
Experience conducting phone screens on a daily basis
Must be able to maintain a high volume of in-bound and outbound calls
The ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced environment
Positive personality required
Strong I.T computer and database application skills and proficiency with spreadsheets
Competitive environment experience required
Bachelor Degree

Work with recruiters and hiring managers to prioritize needs and help strategize for upcoming needs
Screen and evaluate resumes, determine applicant qualifications, compare to job requirements and recommend best candidates
Conduct background and reference checks for potential candidates
Maintain correspondence with candidates
Edit and format resumes to meet the requirements of established company standard formats
Manage data in the Applicant Tracking System database to improve searches for more efficient identification of qualified consultants
Simultaneously coordinate the recruiting efforts of multiple projects while meeting time-sensitive deadlines without compromising quality
Quickly source and recruit highly qualified candidates to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner
Maintain relevant position descriptions for recurring scopes of work, and assist managers in creating scopes of work for new positions
