Finance Assistant (part time, Temp Ongoing)
Location: Beaulieu, Hampshire - Southampton
Hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-5pm (3 days per week)
Start: ASAP
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
We're supporting a well-established business in Beaulieu who are looking for a reliable Finance Assistant to join them on a part time, ongoing temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid finance admin experience who enjoys a varied role and working in a friendly team environment.
What you'll be doing
- Processing sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Managing the purchase ledger, including invoice matching and posting
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with general finance administration and supporting the wider team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts support role
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of finance systems and Excel
- Reliable, organised, and confident working independently
