Key Responsibilities

Develop concept and detailed designs for residential projects

Produce high-quality drawings and presentations

Manage project documentation and coordination

Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients

Support project delivery from planning to construction stages

What We're Looking For

ARB-registered

Demonstrated residential architecture experience

Proficiency in Revit & AutoCAD (essential)

Strong understanding of UK building regulations & planning

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Passion for design and detail with a proactive approach
