Estate Operative / Cleaning and Maintenance - Canary Wharf - £28k - (7:30 - 19:30) 4 on 4 offA well established high end property management company is looking for a Estate Operative for a new luxury development soon to be openYou will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the exterior and grounds of the development.Your duties will include

• Undertaking very basic repair works
• General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing
• Maintaining bin and storage areas
• Assisting with parcel deliveries and collections
• General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas
• Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution
