Our client is a rapidly growing materials handling equipment business, partnered with a leading global MHE brand. They're looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers and workshop staff, ensuring exceptional service for their customers.

The Role
Manage Field Service Engineers & workshop teams

Act as the main contact for service issues & escalations

Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction

Oversee budgets, costs, and performance

Drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment

What You Need
Proven Service Manager experience in the MHE sector

Strong technical knowledge of materials handling equipment

Customer-focused with excellent communication skills

Comfortable with budgets, KPIs, and service performance

Driven, resilient, and adaptable
