We are currently seeking an experienced MEP CAD/Revit Co-ordinator to join a leading M&E contractor with an annual turnover of £50m, specialising in high-quality residential projects across London and the South East. With a strong pipeline of developments-ranging up to £20m M&E value-this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing business with a reputation for delivering excellence.

Role Overview

As the MEP CAD/Revit Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the design and delivery of residential M&E schemes. Working closely with the in-house engineering team, project managers, and external consultants, you will be responsible for producing and coordinating detailed 2D/3D models and ensuring design information is accurate, clash-free, and fully aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed MEP models and coordinated drawings using Revit and AutoCAD

Manage and update model information throughout the project lifecycle

Work collaboratively with design engineers, BIM teams, and site teams

Ensure drawings adhere to company and industry standards

Support clash detection and coordination meetings

Assist in maintaining project documentation and drawing registers

Requirements

Strong experience working as a CAD/Revit Co-ordinator within the residential MEP sector (essential)

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical building services

Excellent coordination skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
