Our client, is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Events Executive to join their collaborative Brand Engagement and Customer Experience team. You'll work closely with a second Events Executive, a Client Delivery Manager, and other teams to deliver first-class corporate events and hospitality across the South West.

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ End-to-End Event Management - Lead the planning and delivery of organisation-hosted events and corporate hospitality from concept to post-event feedback
✔ Creative Collaboration - Develop engaging event concepts alongside internal stakeholders.
✔ Logistics & Coordination - Oversee venues, budgets, suppliers, presentation materials, and on-the-day support
✔ Client Engagement - Identify and coordinate the orgnaistaion's presence at external industry events
✔ Insight-Led Planning - Use marketing and client data to inform event targeting and boost attendance
✔ Innovation & Research - Support new event initiatives and stay ahead of the competition through regular research and analysis

What We're Looking For:

💡 A confident communicator who builds great relationships with colleagues and clients
💡 A minimum of 2 years' experience in event management, ideally in a professional services setting
💡 Solid understanding of the local events landscape in the South West
💡 Highly organised with excellent planning, time management, and problem-solving skills
💡 Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
💡 Commercially astute, with a passion for creating client-focused experiences
💡 Ideally educated to degree level or with a relevant qualification in events or marketing
