Are you an experienced Quality Manager ready to take the next step into a Technical Manager role within a fast-growing FMCG business?

We're looking for a confident and driven technical professional with a solid background in FMCG or food manufacturing. You'll bring proven experience in quality management, with a deep understanding of food safety standards, compliance, and audit processes. Just as importantly, you'll have the ambition and capability to step into a broader, more strategic technical leadership role.

In this position, you'll take ownership of site technical and quality performance, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, legality, and quality are consistently met. You'll play a key role in developing and improving systems, leading audits, and working cross-functionally to support operational and commercial objectives.

As the business continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to influence the technical strategy, develop your team, and build a robust, scalable quality culture across the site.
