Extra Recruitment are currently recruting for a skilled CNC Operative in the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in operating CNC machinery.

Duties of a CNC Operative:

* Operate CNC milling machines and lathes

* Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment

* Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations

Requirements of a CNC Operative:

* Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role

* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and machinery

* Familiarity with logic controllers and basic maths for measurement calculations

Details of a CNC Operative:

* Hours - Mon to Thurs 8:30am - 4:30pm, Fri - 8:30am - 12pm

* Pay - £13.50 to £15 per hour
