A popular Community College is seeking to appoint a passionate, proactive SENCO to champion their children and lead SEND provision in their inclusive, forward thinking community school. SEND at the School

The department is well staffed, well-resourced and located in the heart of school. The SEND department, benefits from a number of teaching and intervention spaces to support a range of learners and needs. Their caring, committed and skilled team consists of two Inclusion Managers and a SEND administrator, as well as a counsellor, EBBSA provision, ELSA, three Literacy intervention TAs, one Numeracy intervention TA and 8 FTE Grade 4 TAs. The SENCo will also have the support of the Assistant Headteacher Inclusion Champion as line manager.
