Support Engineer - Azure / Defence - SC or DV Cleared
We are seeking Support Engineers to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support across secure, Azure-based cloud environments within the defence space. This role is remote within the UK but requires occasional travel to Hereford.
This is a hands-on support role focused on maintaining platform stability, resolving incidents, and supporting users across modern cloud and collaboration tooling. You'll also take ownership of key applications, acting as an "application champion" within the wider delivery team.

Due to the nature of the work, active SC or DV clearance is required.
Skills & Experience:
Essential:
- Active SC or DV clearance (eligible not sufficient)
- Experience in Level 1 / Level 2 support within a customer-facing environment
- Strong, recent hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
- Incident management, triage, and troubleshooting capability
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, routing, firewalls)
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, Pulumi)
- Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently
Desirable:
- Experience supporting Azure Landing Zone environments
- Exposure to CI/CD or modern workplace tooling
- ITIL or structured support experience
- Experience within defence or secure environments
- Certifications: AZ-104, AZ-900, SC-900, ITIL Foundation
Additional Information:
- Remote-based with monthly travel to Hereford
