Verfu FM are working with a long standing client assisting them in their search for an experienced maintenance electrician to work on a prestigious site based in Camberley, Surrey. This is an immediate requirement for our client.

Static Engineer - Electrical Bias

Camberley - GU17

Salary to £40,000 plus package

Permanent full time

We are working with a growing and highly reputable facilities management contractor who are a genuinely fantastic company to work for, look after their staff well and have established and stable contracts nationwide. This role will be working on a static site in Camberley carrying out an electrically biased all round site maintenance role.

As a Static Engineer your main responsibilities will be;

Duties and Responsibilities

* To undertake planned and reactive maintenance works across the site.

* Electrical maintenance works

* Duties will include fabric works, light plumbing maintenance, plant maintenance, building checks etc

* Managing permits on site for other engineers/sub contractors

* Liaising and communicating with the client.

* This is working on a business park looking after offices on site

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for our Static Engineer role;

* You will be an experienced all round building maintenance engineer able to carry out all round fabric works on site

* The role is static working on a business park looking after 4 offices so you must be happy with a static role

* You will be electrically qualified - Level 2 or 3 /17th or 18th edition

* You will have excellent communication and client facing skills - required to have constant communication with the client who is based on site
