Production Team Leader needed for Food Production work in Tewkesbury.
This weill be for 5 days over 7 shift pattern, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week. £14.54 to £15.42/hour.
Temporary to permanent contract offered after successful interview and 3 month trial period.

An important role within the production environment, responsible for teams of staff and individual process. Working within the leadership team, the successful person will be a competent leader with excellent personnel skills. Adaptability, communication and a drive to achieve outstanding results are vital to this role.
Duties:-
. Leading, motivating, training and utilising staff via practical instruction to ensure line efficiency
. Working as part of a leadership team to ensure internal and external standards are met, in order to deliver all products to the highest standard
. Production records to be completed accurately and efficiently
. Reporting any maintenance, quality or production issues, promtly and accurately to the relevant person
Skills Required:-
. Proven successful track record as s teamleader in a busy environment
. Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
. Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision
. Positive attitude possessing high levels of commitment and motivation
. Flexibility to cover shifts and working to tight deadlines
. Knowledge of Food Production, HACCP and KPI's an advantage
