Capitol Design Build LLC, Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom is seeking a great Administrator to join our team!
You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents, issue purchase orders, send invoices and pay bills using Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
- Plan and schedule appointments, reviews and be in charge of designers' calendars.
- Greet and assist showroom walk-in, scheduled guests and answer questions.
- Answer inbound telephone calls, make outbound calls to clients and make appointments.
- Develop and implement organized filing systems to suit company needs.
- Perform all other office tasks.
- Previous experience in office administration or other related construction fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
