Job Description

 

Capitol Design Build LLC, Kitchen and Bathroom Showroom is seeking a great Administrator to join our team!

You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents, issue purchase orders, send invoices and pay bills using Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
  • Plan and schedule appointments, reviews and be in charge of designers' calendars.
  • Greet and assist showroom walk-in, scheduled guests and answer questions.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls, make outbound calls to clients and make appointments.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems to suit company needs.
  • Perform all other office tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related construction fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
