We're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the supply chain for the Sizewell contract. This is your chance to be part of a high-impact team, ensuring seamless delivery of materials across road, rail, and marine networks.
What You'll Be DoingOrchestrating the supply chain into Sizewell and associated works.
Managing delivery schedules via SAP, DMS, and VMS systems.
Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and third-party suppliers.
Monitoring deliveries and resolving issues in real-time.
Ensuring full compliance and documentation for all site deliveries.
Supporting logistics operations across multiple depots as the project evolves.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain high levels of customer service and delivery accuracy.
Liaise with clients and contractors to align on delivery expectations.
Track performance against KPIs and ensure +90% compliance.
Minimise hired-in fleet usage and maximise core fleet efficiency.
Contribute to fleet reviews and risk assessments.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in logistics and customer service.
Strong communicator and team player.
Ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure.
Open-minded with leadership potential.
QualificationsMinimum 5 GCSEs including Maths & English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar systems).
Valid UK Driving Licence.
