Are you ready to coordinate logistics for Heidelberg Materials?

We're looking for a Distribution Coordinator to play a pivotal role in the supply chain for the Sizewell contract. This is your chance to be part of a high-impact team, ensuring seamless delivery of materials across road, rail, and marine networks.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Orchestrating the supply chain into Sizewell and associated works.

  • Managing delivery schedules via SAP, DMS, and VMS systems.

  • Coordinating with internal teams, contractors, and third-party suppliers.

  • Monitoring deliveries and resolving issues in real-time.

  • Ensuring full compliance and documentation for all site deliveries.

  • Supporting logistics operations across multiple depots as the project evolves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high levels of customer service and delivery accuracy.

  • Liaise with clients and contractors to align on delivery expectations.

  • Track performance against KPIs and ensure +90% compliance.

  • Minimise hired-in fleet usage and maximise core fleet efficiency.

  • Contribute to fleet reviews and risk assessments.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in logistics and customer service.

  • Strong communicator and team player.

  • Ability to prioritise and make decisions under pressure.

  • Open-minded with leadership potential.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths & English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar systems).

  • Valid UK Driving Licence.
