Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver – Full-Time Ongoing Work (Temp to Perm)

Salary: £20.56 – £25.00 per hour (PAYE)

Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing, Temporary to Permanent

Shift Times: Start between 16:00 – 02:00 (4-hour window)

Hours: 5 days a week, 45 hours guaranteed

M4 Specialist is recruiting experienced and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing full-time work with a prestigious client based in Dunstable. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established logistics operation, working as part of a two-person team delivering goods to store locations across the South East.

• Delivering cages and totes from the distribution centre to multiple store locations
• Working alongside a driver’s mate to assist with deliveries
• Conducting overnight and early morning runs
• Ensuring compliance with all road safety and transport regulations
• Completing all delivery documentation accurately and in full

• Day Shifts: £20.56 per hour
• Night Shifts: £22.22 per hour
• Overtime (after 10 hours): £23.88 per hour
• Sundays/Bank Holidays: £25.00 per hour

All shifts include paid breaks.

• Flexibility to work varied shift start times between 16:00 and 02:00
• Must pass a driving assessment and induction
