Customer Service Advisor Job in Bournemouth

Our thriving client in the Bournemouth area are accelerating growth. They are recruiting for a 9-month FTC Customer Service Advisor. The successful candidate will prepare and action all change of occupancy notifications and provide change of occupancy administration support for all customers, suppliers, agencies, and property Specialists within their team.

Salary and Benefits:

* Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days at home)

* £23k p/a pro rata

* Contract: 9 Months Fixed Term (maternity cover)

* Holidays: 24 days plus birthday and public holidays pro rata

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Deliver exemplary customer service and administration support to all customers, agencies and service providers

* Point of contact for customers, suppliers, and agencies for all change of occupancy related queries

* Carry out pre-call system checks prior to the calls taking place with our Home Set Up team to ensure the change of occupancy process is completed smoothly

* Contacting and maintaining relationships with suppliers and agencies to ensure the change of occupancy notifications have been completed whilst rectifying any discrepancies where required

Skills and Experience:

* Customer centric and ethically minded

* Self-motivated, friendly, and enthusiastic

* First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills

* Well organised, reliable, and strong prioritisation skills

* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload as well as the ability to work as a close team, collaborating effectively

* Continuous improvement of processes, solutions focussed, not problem focussed

* Competent completing data entry and repetitive tasks, ensuring exemplary attention to detail and focus

* Customer Administrative experience

* Competent using Excel
