A major organisation in the industrial, water and energy sector is seeking a Lead Procurement Business Partner to join its senior leadership team. This is a high-impact, strategic role supporting major engineering and construction programmes (c. £300m addressable spend).

• Act as the strategic interface between Procurement and a core business line
• Lead and develop a small team of Procurement Business Partners
• Shape procurement strategy across major infrastructure, water, energy, FM and specialist projects
• Build strong supplier relationships and influence early project design
• Drive sustainability and ESG-focused initiatives
• Lead high-value commercial negotiations and represent procurement at senior forums

• Senior procurement experience with a strong strategic track record
• Expertise in engineering and construction procurement
• Proven delivery on large capital projects and asset lifecycle optimisation
• Degree or MCIPS required
• CIPS Chartered Status or Master's desirable
