We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Part Time Export Freight Operations Clerk to join our clients dynamic team based in Bradford.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 17:00pm - 21:30pm

Role overview:

* Understand customer requirements and deliver first-class customer service

* Plan, arrange, monitor, and control all land transport export shipments

* Complete all relevant documentation - operational, administrative, and legal

* Use of in house IT systems, MS Office, and associated tools effectively

* Maintain KPIs by adhering to our Quality Policy and Objectives

* Respond promptly to general queries, escalating issues where needed

The ideal candidate will have:

* A strong understanding of land freight operations and customer service

* Proficiency in IT systems, especially Schenker tools and MS Office

* Excellent organization, communication, and attention to detail

* The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team

* A strong focus on compliance with legal and company standards
