We are seeking an organised and solutions-focused Clinical Administrator to provide high-level administrative support to the Clinical team at Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH).

Spire OH is part of the Spire Healthcare Group - the second largest private healthcare provider in the UK, established in 2007 with 39 hospitals and several clinics across the country. We provide Occupational Health services to clients nationwide, and we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to put their health first and we help support our clients, and employees to do so.

In this role, the Clinical Administrator will ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of our OH services, including our Ill-Health Retirement and Immunisation services. This requires someone who is proactive, mindful of their time, and can prioritise effectively!

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative and/or coordination role.
  • Ability to work and engage with colleagues across the business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience managing documents and administrative duties in a healthcare setting is desirable.
  • Access to a car and valid driving license is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and process clinical referrals.
  • Request consent for GP/specialist reports and chase for delivery of these as per process.
  • Ensure all documentation is confidently maintained and up-to-date.
  • Manage consumable and vaccine orders for Spire OH Immunisations Services.
  • Coordinate logistics and calibration for vaccine services.
  • Support clinical appointments.
  • Set up new accounts for manufacturers and consumables.
  • Conduct any other duties in line with the scope of the position.
