We are seeking an experienced ASB Officer to join our team and help manage and resolve cases of anti-social behaviour within our housing stock and communities. The successful candidate will work closely with tenants, residents, and partner agencies to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

* Investigate reports of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate action in line with policy and legislation.

* Manage a caseload of ASB cases from initial report through to resolution.

* Prepare and present evidence for legal proceedings, including court appearances where necessary.

* Work collaboratively with internal teams, local authorities, police, and other agencies to tackle ASB effectively.

* Provide advice and support to residents affected by anti-social behaviour.

* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies
