Legal Assistant – Residential Conveyancing – Grimsby – £24,000 to £28,000

The role- Supporting experienced Conveyancers with a varied caseload of residential property transactions
- Preparing and issuing client care documentation and onboarding packs
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Conducting property searches and assisting with due diligence
- Monitoring file progression and proactively chasing outstanding matters
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Providing regular updates to clients to ensure a smooth and transparent process
- Based in the firm’s new Grimsby office with a hybrid working model
You- Previous experience within residential conveyancing or a similar legal support role
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and third parties
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and fast-paced workload
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- IT literate, with experience using case management systems or similar software
