• Supporting experienced Conveyancers with a varied caseload of residential property transactions
• Preparing and issuing client care documentation and onboarding packs
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Conducting property searches and assisting with due diligence
• Monitoring file progression and proactively chasing outstanding matters
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Providing regular updates to clients to ensure a smooth and transparent process
• Based in the firm’s new Grimsby office with a hybrid working model

You

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing or a similar legal support role
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with clients and third parties
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy and fast-paced workload
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• IT literate, with experience using case management systems or similar software
