School Site Coordinator Full-TimeAll-Year-RoundBedlingtonLong-Term Temporary Contract Enhanced DBS RequiredWe are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Coordinator to join the school and team and support the smooth, safe and effective running of our large school site.This is a full-time, all-year-round role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and can demonstrate strong initiative.

• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the school site
• Leading and supporting the site team to deliver an efficient and responsive service
• Ensuring the overall safety, security, and cleanliness of the buildings and grounds
• Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and compliance checks
• Coordinating contractors and overseeing onsite works
• Opening and securing the school premises as required
• Responding to urgent site needs and proactively resolving issues
• Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring statutory requirements are met

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
• Has experience working in a facilities, caretaking, or site management role (school experience desirable but not essential)
• Is confident in leading a team and communicating effectively
• Is organised, reliable and can prioritise tasks across a busy site
• Shows a positive, can-do attitude and works well independently
• Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to undergo the check
