Seeking a Coordinator/Scheduler in Human Resources department

* Scheduling employee appointments around to avoid minimal disruptions.

* With professional mannerism collaborate with management on dates employees can utilize for their COVID-19 vaccination appointments.

* Remind employees by phone, text, or email that they have an appointment coming up in the next few days.

* Updating records, databases and calendars after appointments have been made or met.

* Conduct research based on CDC or credible resources to provide electric or mail
correspondence on COVID-19 updates (Include Delta variant, COVID-19 case updates or vaccination status etc.).

Assist HR team with filing, answering employee inquiries, and support other office tasks.

Answer phone calls, reply to emails and communicating with employees.

* Making employees feel comfortable with companywide initiatives.

* Providing accurate and up-to-date information on HR project updates.

Spanish is a plus

Excel and PowerPoint skills - intermediate.
Creating charts and tables on Excel so need proficiency in this program.
HR background a plus
Project management a plus
Data analytics a plus
