Nottinghamshire Police “Proud to Serve” Job Title: Demand and Improvement Officer Fixed Term Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months Hours: 37 hours per week Part time/flexible working options will be considered Salary range: £30,951 to £32,796 per annum Based at: Force Headquarters Main Purpose of Role To lead and manage allocated research and reviews projects from conception to closure, supporting business improvements by evaluating business processes in order to provide practical recommendations that improve effectiveness and efficiency, manage risk and improve performance.
Key Skills & Experience Required
•Experience in conducting research/reviews of business processes, staffing and policy
•Demonstrable experience in the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel.

•Must be knowledgeable and experienced in the principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of review projects from initiation through to implementation
•An ability to understand and grasp situations and analyse them in a logical manner using appropriate techniques
•The ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals throughout the organisation and externally either verbally or in writing IMPORTANT INFORMATION Please note that you must obtain your line manager’s sign off if applying for an internal vacancy.
