About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator with fluent Mandarin language skills to join our expanding team in London. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and manage the lettings process from initial enquiry to tenancy agreement
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants, particularly within the Chinese-speaking community
- Generate new business through proactive prospecting and networking
- Negotiate rental terms and facilitate agreements between parties
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire lettings journey
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
- Assist with property marketing and social media content in both English and Mandarin
Essential Requirements
- Fluent Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for property
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Professional appearance and confident telephone manner
- Previous Lettings or customer service experience beneficial but not essential
