Are you an experienced Regional Depot Compliance Manager ready to take the lead on Health & Safety and operational compliance across multiple sites? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in maintaining safety, improving standards, and driving operational excellence throughout a regional depot network.
About the Role
As Regional Depot Compliance Manager, you’ll work closely with Depot Managers across 6 locations to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental standards, and ISO accreditations. This hands-on role involves regular site visits, training delivery, audits, and setting the standard for safe and efficient depot operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conducting monthly on-site visits across depots to review KPIs and safety performance
- Leading the implementation and improvement of H&S and Environmental policies
- Managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance including documentation, audits, and reporting
- Delivering training (First Aid, Fire Marshall, PAT Testing, IPAF) and maintaining compliance records
- Conducting inspections (e.g. emergency lighting, fire drills) and producing actionable reports
- Managing COSHH documentation and all compliance systems
- Setting high housekeeping standards and driving consistency across depots
- Supporting, training, and advising Depot Managers and operational teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Regional Depot Compliance Manager or in a similar H&S leadership role
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and auditing processes
- Strong knowledge of CDM and Working at Height regulations
- Excellent reporting, influencing, and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and data reporting
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across depots
